Delete an app account

In Switch Offer, open Account and choose Delete account. The app asks for confirmation. For a connected cloud account, it also requires a recent email verification code before deleting the authentication account and associated private profile. It then clears local plans, saves, credentials and reminders.

Signing out is different: it clears local information while retaining the cloud account. Local plans do not automatically synchronize with the cloud profile. You can also remove plans and saved items individually in the app.

If you cannot access the app or the account email, contact hello@switchoffer.app for help. We will verify a request before disclosing or deleting private information. Do not send a verification code or password to support.

Earlier website email requests

Use the View or delete your signup link or unsubscribe option in a Switch Offer email, when available. These private links should not be shared. You can also email hello@switchoffer.app from the address used for signup to request removal. No reason or new account is required.

Unsubscribing removes the active signup and retains a limited hashed suppression record to prevent unwanted future emails. See https://switchoffer.app/privacy for retention and backup treatment.

Other privacy requests

Email hello@switchoffer.app to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection or an appeal where applicable. Tell us whether the request concerns an app account, local app information, an earlier website email request or support correspondence. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or identity documents in your first message.

An authorized representative can contact us on your behalf. We may request proportionate proof of authority and account ownership. We use request details to handle the request, not to enroll you in marketing.

Where GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month. Other legal deadlines and permitted extensions apply where required. We explain any lawful limit on fulfilling a request. You may complain to the relevant regulator without contacting us first.

Optional website campaign collection is off. App analytics can be changed separately in Account. Turning collection off does not erase events already received by a provider. Contact us if you need help with previously collected information.
